My clients are… healthy, active, accomplished and successful. Many have global backgrounds (having lived in different countries as children or adults). Most enjoy travel, learning, and creating. They feel and think deeply about issues such as climate change, species extinction, and technological, cultural, and social change. They are passionate about enjoying life and pursuing their truth, committed to being good partners/parents, and doing work that matters.
They also struggle… with issues arising from old trauma, abuse, family or relationship conflicts, such as persistent anxiety or stress, perfectionism, competition, people pleasing, addictions to legal substances/practices, avoidance of social interactions or activities they previously enjoyed. Some seek support in defusing internal triggers that cause disproportionate reactions and/or interpersonal conflicts and inevitably lead to self-judgment or self-punishment.

What my clients say about our work together…

Caring and insightful, Rosemary is an example of what it means to be authentic. She delivers what others want so much, to show up in the world as congruent. ~ JM, Newark NJ

Rosemary is a warm, accessible and skilled professional. I trust word of mouth recommendations and I heard of her through two happy former clients. Now I’m another satisfied client and I refer her to others often. ~ MM, Baltimore MD
When I met Rosemary , I was stuck and couldn’t see a way out. In ten minutes I knew she was the person to help me. Now, I can’t say enough about how much she has helped me – our work together literally helped me save my business and made me a more confident person. ~ MR, Nashville TN
Rosemary is the first person who has so clearly “gotten” who I am. Using her unique blend of warmth and directness, she helped me see myself incredibly clearly. ~ ASH, Lively, ON
Please note… I do not work with people diagnosed with mental disorders listed in the DSM 5 (the standard classification of mental disorders). These include, but are not limited to, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
